Manage Users

Create, edit, and archive users

To access the Manage Users section:

  1. Click Company Settings from the left-side menu.
  2. Click Manage Users.


Current Users

Displays non-archived user profiles. These profiles may be active or inactive.

Clicking the photo area of a user will display the user profile page, which will display their role (same as on the Organizational Chart), quarterly goals, meetings they are attendees of, key metrics, issues, and to-dos.

Active users have accepted their invite.

Users that have accepted their invite will have a green active indicator at the top left and a View profile button at the bottom of their tile. 

Users that have not been sent an invite will have a red inactive indicator at the top left and a Send invite and View profile button at the bottom of their tile.

Users that have been sent an invite but have not accepted will have an orange invite sent indicator at the top left and a Resend invite and View profile button at the bottom of their tile.

Use the three vertical buttons at the top right of the profile to edit the user profile or archive them. 


Edit user - Edit the user's first and last names, Position title (same as Function on the Organizational Chart), Supervisor (same as on the Accountabiltiy Chart), and user type (Employee, Supervisor, or Administrator). Remember to click the yellow Save button when done.

Archive - An archived user cannot login to the site.

An archived user cannot login to the site.

Use the three vertical buttons at the top right of the profile to edit the user profile or unarchive them.

Edit user - Edit the user's first and last names, Position title (same as Function on the Organizational Chart), Supervisor (same as on the Organizational Chart), and user type (Employee, Supervisor, or Administrator). Remember to click the yellow Save button when done.

Unarchive -  Once a user profile has been unarchived, then can login to the site.

Add User (admin only)

Click the yellow Add user button at the top right of the screen.

  • Add a profile picture.
  • Choose a user type (see user type permissions below)
  • Add a first name, last name, and email.
  • Add a position title (same as Function on the Organizational Chart) by typing the name, such as Manager or Sales. If the position exists choose if from the drop-down, otherwise click the job title you typed with (new). For example HR Manager (new).
  • Add a Supervisor (same as on the Organizational Chart) by typing the name and choosing from the dropdown menu.
  • Assign the new user as an attendee to none, one, or multiple meetings.
  • Check the Send user an invite box to send the user an email invite. They can then register a password and login.


User Types (Permissions)


Administrator Supervisor Employee
Can add other administrators and supervisors
Can add personal and meeting to-dos assigned to self
Can add Issues and quarterly goals for meeting that self is an attendee of
Can create meetings
Can view meetings self is an attendee of
Can view meetings self is NOT an attendee of

Extra options (top right of screen)

The Search box can be used to search by user name and user Position Title (same as Function on the Organizational Chart).

Use the upside triangle to filter by User type, Position Title, Supervisor, and Invite Status.

Invites can be sent individually by clicking the Send or Resent Invite located at the bottom of each profile or en mass by clicking Bulk invite.

The three horizontal lines will toggle between card and list view.
