Review and restore archived items

When an item is archived from a meeting (for example when an issue is resolved), those items are stored in the archive. Each meeting has its own archive.

Navigate to the archive

  1. Click Meetings from the menu on the left.
  2. Click the three vertical dots to the right of Go to meeting and click Archives.

Or

  1. Click Meetings from the menu on the left.
  2. Click Go to meeting.
  3. Click the gear icon at the top right of the screen and click Archives.


Date Range and Filter

The key to using the archive is the calendar at the top right of the screen. Clicking the calendar will allow you to filter the date range of items, such as when an issue was solved. 

Use the Search box next to the date range selector to search items by name, such as 'Sales'.

Use the tabs at the top (Key Metrics, Quarterly Goals, People Headlines, To-Dos, Issues list) to view those types of items.

Only the key metrics cells can be edited from this area. 

If you would like to edit any of the items further, click the RESTORE button (located on each line item) to move the archived items back to the meeting.
