Edit Meeting

To access the Edit meeting section, click on the three dots to the right of each meeting in the "Meetings" section.

Add Agenda Sections

To add new sections, click on the + Add Section button

Give a name to your section, select the type of section you want, and allot a duration. 

Edit Your Agenda

Edit existing content by clicking the pencil next to each section.

Delete sections by clicking on the X next to each section.

Reorder items vertically by clicking and dragging the six dots to the left of each item.

To edit existing agenda sections, simply click on each item. Remember to always click the yellow "Save and close" button at the bottom of each pop-up window when you make changes.

Bulk upload data by using the Upload button, otherwise add items one at a time by using the yellow plus button when clicking on each section.

Business KPIs 

Reverse the order of key metrics dates by using the arrows next to the Upload button.

By clicking the title of each metric, a pop-up window will display metric options.

Reorder the metrics vertically by clicking and dragging the six dots to the left of a metric.


Goal Type


Number - Cell coloring will be based on numerical input. For example, if the goal is set to '>100', any cell which has a number over 100 would be colored green, and any cell which has a number equal or under 100 would be left gray.

Text - Cell coloring will be based on whether or not the text goal is input or not. The 'goal direction' can only be Equal = for this option. For example, if the goal is set to Yes, any cell which has Yes in it (or any variation, such as yes, YES, etc) would be colored green, and any cell which has any other text input other than 'Yes' would be left gray. 


Numerical Goal Description (optional) - Will display text next to the numerical goal on the left side of the metric.


Assign to meeting(s) - metrics can be assigned to more than one meeting at a time and changes update in all the meetings.


Show advanced fields

Numerical Average and Cumulative

These two built-in formulas need to be turned on manually for each metric. 

  1. Click Show advanced fields.
  2. Check the box(es).
  3. Choose a start date to begin the calculation.
  4. Click the yellow update button at the bottom left.
  5. Click the three vertical dots at the top right of the key metrics tile to toggle on/off the formula calculations, along with all information. 


Quarterly Goals

By clicking the title of each quarterly goal, a pop-up window will display quarterly goal options.

Quarterly goal status can be updated by clicking the status icon either by viewing a list of quarterly goals or by clicking into the quarterly goal and updating.

Quarterly goal visibility

  • Team Meeting - Quarterly goal is able to be attached to a meeting.
  • Personal - Quarterly goal is not able to be attached to a meeting.


Assign to team meeting(s) - Quarterly goals can be assigned to more than one meeting at a time and changes update in all the meetings in real-time.

Milestones - You are able to add milestones to each goal. Specific dates can be set for each.

News

Add single news by using the yellow plus button or add multiple news at once by clicking the upload button.

By clicking the title of a news, a pop-up window will display people headline options.

Shared with team meeting(s) - News can be shared with other meetings in the account.

To-Dos

Add single to-dos by using the yellow plus button or add multiple to-dos at once by clicking the upload button. 

By clicking the title of each to-do, a pop-up window will display to-do options.

Mark to-do's as complete either by clicking the checkmark while viewing the list, or by checking Done when clicking into the to-do.

Personal To-Dos will show only on your Home Screen and will not show in a meeting.


Issues

Add single issues by using the yellow plus button or add multiple issues at once by clicking the upload button. 

By clicking the title of each issue, a pop-up window will display issue options.



External Link

Add any URL link - such as Google Doc - to share within meeting.


Notes

Add a blank page for notes to be shared with the team 

Meeting Details

Change meeting details such as day of the meeting, its frequency, and the start time. 

After making any changes, make sure to click on the yellow Save button.

Wheel on the top right corner takes you to Meeting Settings.
